Hidden Curriculum
- Take it from the "hidden" to the "overt." Plaster the walls, the lexicon, and the atmosphere with the "core values" of the institution. If they're good they can be the rock that drives the interaction for all members of the school communities.
- Be genuine. A small faculty can genuinely enjoy and care for each other, and teachers should show this often. Laugh, borrow white board erasers, and cover for each other's classes. The students notice the healthy interactions.
